Jammin’ on the Sandstone Trail
Whenever I get the chance, I like to buy real, slow food and local produce.
Farm shops and farmers’ markets are always good hunting grounds and there are plenty along the Sandstone Trail. So I was very interested to come across this blog post about Yarrangal Green Farm, near Frodsham. It seems they make all sorts of fruit jams, chutneys, fruit cheeses, cordials and coulis. Mmm.
Plum jam? I’d like a taste of that!
